hello sir..thank you again for ypur immediate reply..i have completed my step 1 with 79 score..now preparing 4 step2.does this score will affect me fro residency match...please do tell me what to do????thank you sir

Yes, score is a very important component. However this is not end of the world as many people with low 70's are getting their residencies.
