POST SCRAMBLE

I did not get a program from the matching...Is there anything else that I can do at this point in time aside from waiting and applying again next year.
Can anyone please give me advie how to get a US clinical experience. I only have a visitor's visa and that's one of my major problems..
thank you in advance for anyone who will take time to give advice...
