This is a good idea as long as you can find the right tone. You want to remind about yourself, but you do not want to cross the line of being annoying.

Hi Anatolyk,

Thanks for helping me to stay in the ground until now. Unfortunately I didn't match again and now becoming older graduate. Feels to do something else to back me up (but what? confused! EMS-B, phlebotomy (cheaper) medical assistant, physician assistant (can't afford currently, need to wait) and also 2011 match is coming.

Please give your inputs. I will really appreciate that.
