pls does observership mean the same as voluntier /and shadowing / and shuttling.and pls which hospital offer ds in new jersey.

It is typically same as shadowing - you can see but cannot touch.

All teaching hospitals should offer some form of clerkship/externship/observership. You have to contact their GME (graduate medical education) departments.
